The next step for prime recipient users is to enter sub-recipient/vendor information. Sub-recipients are entered under each award and are linked to that award in all subsequent reports.
Sub-recipients will enter their own profile information, but need to be notified to begin use of the CertiClear 1512 system.
The prime recipient enters the sub-recipient contact name and e-mail address. This triggers a detailed e-mail notification to be sent to the sub-recipient explaining CertiClear 1512 and how to enter profile information online.
It's easy for the sub-recipient to create an account and input data, and the prime is notified when its sub-recipients have entered required information and reached reporting compliance.
