Sub-recipients are notified by e-mail that the agency they are contracting for is using CertiClear 1512 to manage Recovery Act compliance. The e-mail contains a link to the sub-recipient registration page, where they will go through a quick three-step process to create their account.
Once their account is created, they will input data... including adding and managing new and retained employees under a specific award. As they enter information, it is sent into the CertiClear 1512 system immediately, so primes can view the job count status and other reporting information in real time.
