Once a prime recipient has created a CertiClear 1512 account, he/she can login to the Account Dashboard to get started.
Once logged in, prime account holders are able to add users through the "User Admin" tab. Prime recipients/agencies are required to have a minimum of two users -- one acting as the authorizing authority to ensure accountability within the organization.
Multiple users can be added to the account -- and each is set up to have customized security access levels. For example, one user can be set up to only have access to viewing reports, while another user can be set up to have access to all aspects of the system.
All that is needed to create a new user account is the user's name and email address, and then the security levels can be set for the account.
